SHED SLABS & FOOTPATHS

Footings, shed slabs, footpaths and council crossovers. Engineered where it has to be engineered, council-spec where somebody is coming out to check it, and set out square so the shed kit actually lands on the bolts.

We work to builders’ programmes as well as homeowners’ weekends — tell us the date the frame arrives and we will have the slab cured and ready for it.

Best for
Sheds, footings, paths

Council-spec, inspection-ready

What you get

DONE PROPERLY, START TO FINISH

Bring us the shed drawings before you order the kit if you can. Slab dimensions and bolt positions are far cheaper to get right on paper than in concrete.

  • +Set out square to the shed kit, with cast-in bolts where specified
  • +Edge thickenings and pads to engineer’s detail
  • +Footpath falls that shed water away from the house
  • +Council-spec crossover profiles, left inspection-ready
  • +Scheduled to your builder’s programme

SHED SLABS & FOOTPATHS QUESTIONS

The questions we get asked on the driveway about this one. Anything else, ring us — you will get a person.

ASK US — 0404 859 045

Do you set out to the shed kit?

Yes. Give us the kit drawings and we set the slab and the cast-in bolts to them, so the frame lands where it should instead of being drilled to fit afterwards.

Do I need engineering drawings?

For most garden sheds, no. For larger sheds, anything with a mezzanine, or reactive-soil sites, yes — and we will build exactly to the detail.

How long before the shed can go up?

Normally 7 days for a shed frame, and we will tell you if the weather or the mix means longer. It goes in the quote so your kit delivery can be booked around it.
